For the Tokyo Panoramic Tour, guests should make their own way to the Hato Bus boarding point at Tokyo Station Marunouchi South Exit and arrive at least 10 minutes before departure.

The Tokyo Panoramic Tour is operated on a Seat-in-Coach basis and is subject to the operator’s schedule, routing, traffic conditions, and local operating requirements.

Rainbow Bridge sightseeing is a drive-by experience.

Tokyo Skytree 350m Observatory access is subject to weather, visibility, maintenance schedules, ticket availability, and local operating conditions.

Large luggage should be couriered to Kyoto before travelling from Tokyo towards Mt. Fuji and Hakone. Additional luggage courier charges are payable directly by the guests.

Mt. Fuji visibility is subject to weather and atmospheric conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

Lake Ashi Cruise and Hakone Ropeway operations are subject to weather, wind conditions, maintenance schedules, volcanic activity restrictions, and local operating conditions.

Hakone Ropeway routing between Togendai Station and Owakudani Station is subject to operational and safety conditions.

On Day 4, guests are required to transfer independently from the Hakone hotel to Odawara Station.

The Bullet Train journey from Odawara to Kyoto is included in Standard Class and is subject to train schedules and seat availability.

Upon arrival in Kyoto, guests are required to transfer independently from the station to the hotel.

The remainder of Day 4 is free for leisure or optional sightseeing. Any optional sightseeing or additional services are not included unless specifically confirmed.

Visits to temples, shrines, parks, observation decks, cruises, and other attractions are subject to opening hours, maintenance schedules, local regulations, and operating conditions.

The Tombori River Cruise is subject to weather, water conditions, maintenance schedules, and local operating conditions.

Quotation can be shared once travel dates, number of guests, rooming requirements, meal preference, and final hotel category are confirmed.

Any surcharge during peak dates, holidays, cherry blossom season, autumn foliage season, special events, exhibitions, festivals, or compulsory hotel arrangements, if applicable, will be charged separately.
