Day 1 – Arrival in Baku & Baku City Tour

 Welcome to Azerbaijan! Upon arrival at Heydar Aliyev International Airport, you will be warmly greeted by our local representative and transferred to begin your exploration of Baku. Start with a photo stop at the iconic Baku TV Tower, the tallest structure in Azerbaijan and one of the city's most recognisable landmarks. Continue to Highland Park, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Baku, the Caspian Sea, the Flame Towers, the National Assembly, and the Alley of Martyrs.

Experience a ride on the historic Baku Funicular before exploring the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Old City (Icherisheher), home to centuries of history and architecture. Continue to Nizami Street, one of Baku's most popular shopping avenues, followed by a visit to the lively Fountains Square. Later, enjoy photo stops at the impressive Baku Crystal Hall and the charming Little Venice located along Baku Boulevard. Conclude the day with a leisurely walk along the scenic Baku Boulevard before transferring to your hotel for an overnight stay in Baku.

Day 2 – Gabala Day Excursion

After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Gabala, located approximately 225 kilometres northwest of Baku. Surrounded by the picturesque landscapes of the Greater Caucasus Mountains, Gabala is one of Azerbaijan's most popular tourist destinations.

Visit the Tufandag Winter–Summer Tourism Complex, where you can enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery and experience the cable car offering panoramic views throughout the year. Continue to the beautiful Nohur Lake, nestled amidst lush forests and mountains, where the tranquil surroundings provide the perfect setting to relax and admire nature. After completing the excursion, return to Baku for an overnight stay.

Day 3 – Absheron Peninsula Tour

Following breakfast, set out to explore the fascinating Absheron Peninsula. Visit the historic Ateshgah Fire Temple, an ancient place of worship built over naturally occurring gas vents that have fuelled eternal flames for centuries. Continue to Yanardag, also known as the Burning Mountain, where natural gas flames have been burning continuously on the hillside for generations, earning Azerbaijan its nickname as the "Land of Fire."

Later, visit the magnificent Heydar Aliyev Center, one of Baku's most celebrated architectural landmarks designed by the world-renowned architect Zaha Hadid. Admire its striking contemporary design during a photo stop before returning to your hotel. Overnight stay in Baku.

Day 4 – Gobustan National Park, Mud Volcanoes & Shopping Tour

After breakfast, depart for Gobustan National Park, one of Azerbaijan's most important archaeological sites. Explore its remarkable collection of ancient rock carvings, prehistoric caves, and petroglyphs that provide fascinating insight into early human civilisation.

Continue your journey to witness Azerbaijan's famous Mud Volcanoes, one of the country's most unique natural attractions. Later, visit the historic Bibiheibat Mosque, an important religious landmark overlooking the Caspian Sea.

The afternoon is dedicated to shopping, beginning with a visit to Aliahmad's, renowned for its traditional Azerbaijani sweets. Continue to local stores offering wines, alcoholic beverages, dried fruits, sweets, and traditional souvenirs before concluding the day at Genclik Mall, one of Baku's largest shopping and entertainment centres. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Baku.

 

Day 5 – Departure from Baku

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and transfer to Heydar Aliyev International Airport for your onward journey. Depart with wonderful memories of Azerbaijan's rich heritage, stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and unforgettable experiences.
