9 Days / 8 Nights | Jordan (3 Nights) • Israel (5 Nights)
Day 1 | Arrival in Jordan – Mount Nebo & Mekawer
Arrive in Amman and begin your pilgrimage with a visit to Mount Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Continue to Mekawer (Machaerus), the fortress traditionally associated with the imprisonment and beheading of St. John the Baptist, before overnight stay in Amman.
Day 2 | Mekawer, Mount Nebo & Jabbok River
Visit Mekawer, the ancient fortress associated with the imprisonment and beheading of St. John the Baptist. Continue to Mount Nebo, where Moses viewed the Promised Land, before visiting the Jabbok River, linked to Jacob's encounter with God.
Day 3 | Jordan River Baptism Site, Jericho & Dead Sea
Cross into Israel and visit Qasr Al Yahud, the traditional baptism site of Jesus on the Jordan River. Continue to Jericho and view the Mount of Temptation before enjoying a memorable floating experience in the Dead Sea. Overnight in Bethlehem.
Day 4 | Mount of Olives, Mount Zion & Bethlehem
Explore the Mount of Olives, including the Chapel of the Ascension, Pater Noster Church and the Garden of Gethsemane. Visit Mount Zion, home to the Upper Room and King David's Tomb, before continuing to Bethlehem to visit Shepherds' Field and the Church of the Nativity.
Day 5 | Jerusalem Old City & Ein Karem
Discover the sacred sites of Jerusalem, including the Western Wall, Pool of Bethesda, Via Dolorosa, Calvary and Golgotha. Participate in a Communion Service at the Garden Tomb before visiting Ein Karem, the traditional birthplace of St. John the Baptist.
Day 6 | Mount Carmel, Muhraka, Nazareth & Cana
Travel to Mount Carmel and visit Elijah's Cave before continuing to Muhraka, the site commemorating Elijah's challenge to the prophets of Baal. Explore Nazareth, including the Basilica of the Annunciation and St. Joseph's Workshop, before visiting Cana, where Jesus performed His first miracle.
Day 7 | Mount Tabor & Sea of Galilee
Visit Mount Tabor, the traditional site of the Transfiguration, and continue to the Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, Tabgha, St. Peter's House and Mensa Christi. Conclude the day with a memorable boat ride on the Sea of Galilee.
Day 8 | Departure
After breakfast, cross back into Jordan via the Allenby Border. Enjoy a farewell lunch in Amman before transferring to the airport for your onward journey home.
